Thiruvananthapuram – Kovalam – Alleppey – Kumarakom – Periyar – Munnar – Kochi

Day 1 : arrival in Trivandrum. Transfer to Kovalam.   Check in at Hotel. Afternoon sight seeing Trivandrum.Trivandrum – Trivandrum is located at the South Western tip of India, is bounded by the Arabian sea on the West and Tamil Nadu on the East. The wooded highlands on the Western Ghats in the Eastern and North Eastern borders give some of the most enchanting picnic spots, a long shorline, with internationally renowned beaches, historic monuments, backwater stretches and a rich cultural heritage make this district a much sought after tourist destination.

Kovalam – This enchanting strip of golden sands is laced with the rich greenery of coconut palms. A former fishing village, Kovalam is just 16 km away from Thiruvanantapuram (Trivandrum), Kerala’s capital city. Kovalam is an evergreen and pleasant climatic beach resort. It is a dreamy place for tourists all over the world. Today Kovalam beach is known as the “Paradise of the South”.


   Day 2   Transfer to Aleppy. Check in at Houseboat. Alleppey – Washed by the silvery waves of the Arabian Sea, Alappuzha, the Venice of the East welcomes you to the backwaters of kerala. The Palm fringed canals and shores bustling with glimpses from the day to day life in the country side, the mirror still lagoons, picture book lakesides and its long sandy beach has blessed Alappuzha, the water locked district, to become one of the best Backwater tourism destinations in God’s Own Country.

Day 3   ;  Check out from House boat at kumarakam.

 Transfer to Tekkaday.  Afternoon            check in at hotel in Tekkady.

Kumarakom – Kumarakom the charming emerald peninsula jutting into the ever-effervescent Vembanad Lake takes you into the heart of the scenic lake where you’ll come across plenty of traditional country crafts, boats and canoes. The fresh water of the lake runs into the mainland making a labyrinth of lagoons, brooks, canals and waterways. The backwater houses a variety of species of both fauna and flora.

Thekkady – Thekkady, India’s largest wildlife sanctuary, is a dream destination for any tourist visiting India. The 120 years old ‘Surki’ dam built across Peryiar, Poorna in vedic parlance, is a major tourist attraction. This sanctuary is spread over an area of 777 Sq.Kms, surrounded by an artificial lake over an area of 25 Sq.Kms. The Country’s sole Tiger reserve, Thekkady, with its bountiful treasures of tropical flora and fauna is the ultimate reservoir of many an endangered species and a rich tribal culture. Thekkadykady is a pleasant heaven on earth for those who love nature in its wild manifestations.

Day 4. Sightseeing in Thekkady.   Morning trekking. Plantation tour. Evening boating.

Day 5 transfer to Munnar.  Afternoon Check in at hotel .and visit Rajamala.

Munnar – breathtakingly beautiful – a haven of peace and tranquillity – the idyllic tourist  destination in God’s own country.

Set at an altitude of 6000 ft in Idukki district, Munnar was the favoured summer resort of the erstwhile British rulers in the colonial days. Unending expanse of tea plantations – pristine valleys and mountains- exotic species of flora and fauna in its wild sanctuaries and forests – aroma of spice scented cool

Day 6.   Sightseeing Munnar.   Rajamala. Devikulam, Mattuppatty Dam.



Day 7.   Transfer to 
Cochin. Afternnon Check in At hotel. Afternoon   sightseeing Cochin.
Evening KathakaliI.

coast of the Indian peninsula, in the breathtakingly scenic and prosperous
state of Kerala, dubbed ‘God’s Own Country’. Its strategic importance over the
centuries is underlined by the sobriquet Queen of the Arabian Sea.

Day 8  :Early morning transfer to   Cohin Airport or Trivandrium airport.

After the 8 days Kerala tour we combine the tour with a 14 or 21 days Ayurveda  rejuvenation or Panchakarama package in various Ayurveda resort of your choice.
